Our services are customized to meet the security needs of residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Specific duties, hours of service, and locations will be defined in the service agreement.

- Clients agree to ensure safe and reasonable working conditions for our staff.
- Clients are responsible for communicating any changes in requirements or locations in advance.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information exchanged during the course of the service, including but not limited to security protocols, client business details, and personal information.
4. Liability
- Executive Shield is committed to providing highly trained and professional security personnel. However, we are not liable for any damages, thefts, or incidents that occur despite reasonable security efforts.
- The client agrees to hold Executive Shield harmless in case of any unforeseen events that occur beyond our control.
5. Payment Terms
- All services are billed in accordance with the agreed-upon contract. Payment is due within 30 days of invoicing unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may incur additional fees. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of 30 days.
- Immediate termination is applicable in case of breach of these terms and conditions or if services are deemed unsafe or unlawful.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to an independent arbitrator or legal authority.
